Return and Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied or have any issues with your purchase,we are here to help.
Warranty:You have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to report any issues with your order.Shipping costs will depend on the following situations:
- We sent the wrong order.(We cover the round-trip shipping costs)
- The customer placed the wrong order.(The customer covers the round-trip shipping costs)
- There are obvious defects in the lenses.(We cover the one-way shipping costs)
Your items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them to be eligible for a return.Your items must also be in their original packaging.
Please check the condition of the lenses from the bottom of the lens bottle.If there are any obvious defects,you will notice them.Any obvious defects that appear after opening the lens bottle are not covered under the warranty.
Refunds:After receiving your returned items,we will inspect them and notify you that we have received your returned goods.Once the items have been inspected,we will immediately notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved,we will initiate a refund to your bank account.Please provide your bank account details through the official【】account.The shipping cost(7 Malaysian Ringgit for West Malaysia/14 Malaysian Ringgit for East Malaysia)and a handling fee of 3 Malaysian Ringgit will be deducted from the total amount,and the balance will be refunded to you.You will receive the refund within a certain number of working days.

Shipping
