Delivery Method – Cash on Delivery (COD) within Malaysia

We offer COD (Cash on Delivery) service for all orders within Malaysia. This allows you to inspect the package upon arrival and make payment directly to the courier.

How COD Works

Place your order and select COD at checkout.

Our team will process and pack your order within 1–2 working days.

The parcel will be delivered to your address by our partnered courier service.

You pay the amount in cash directly to the courier upon delivery.

Delivery Time

Peninsular Malaysia: 2–5 working days

East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 5–9 working days

Coverage

COD available for addresses across Malaysia

P.O. Box addresses are not supported for COD

Customer Responsibilities

Please ensure that the delivery address and contact number provided are accurate.

Kindly prepare the exact cash amount for the courier at the time of delivery.

If the delivery attempt fails due to the customer being unreachable or refusing payment, future COD orders may be restricted.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp/Email.

You can track your shipment status through the courier’s tracking system.

Shipping Fee

Standard delivery charges apply.

COD service may include an additional small handling fee shown at checkout (if applicable).
