At Midroo, we work hard to pack and ship your orders efficiently. Please review our Order Cancellation Policy carefully before placing a request.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Canceling an order depends entirely on its current status in our warehouse.

1. Before Packing & Shipping

  • Cancellation is POSSIBLE: If your order has not yet been packed or shipped, you may contact us to request a cancellation.

2. After Dispatch

  • Cancellation is NOT POSSIBLE: Once the parcel has been dispatched (handed over to the courier), we cannot stop or cancel the delivery.

Compulsory Cancellation & Returns

If a cancellation is compulsory (treated as a Return), the following charges will apply according to our Order Cancellation Policy:

  • Penalty Charge: A cancellation penalty of 15% of your purchase amount will be deducted from your refund.

  • Shipping Fee: The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
